Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase and we work hard to ensure they are of the highest quality and delivered on time.

Refunds

If for whatever reason you change your mind on your order, you may request a refund by emailing theplaytribe.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please state your order number and reason for return in the email.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Personalised
  • Digital Downloads
  • Sale Items
  • Items not in their original packaging

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items will the refund be issued via the original method of payment and this can take 3-4 working days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded.

You will receive email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour, then please email theplaytribe.shop@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. Please state your order number in the email.

 

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
